We can challenge third party domain name registrations and file complaints about them under the WIPO, ICANN and Nominet dispute resolution systems. This has resulted in successful transfers of “cybersquatting” domain names for a number of our clients. We also advise on claims made against our clients relating to their use or registration of domain names.
