The UK withdraws from Unified Patent Court Agreement
The UK Government has formally withdrawn its ratification for the Unified Patent Court. The UK says it has done so to ensure clarity regarding the UK status and to facilitate the orderly entry into force for other States. The future of the Unified Patent Court system will be for the remaining participating states to decide.
