The opportunity

We are looking for a Trade Mark Attorney with 1 to 4 years’ PQE to join our busy and collaborative team. The role can be based in London, Tunbridge Wells, Guildford or Cambridge, with hybrid working arrangements available.

 You will assist senior trade mark attorneys in providing high-quality advice and support to clients on a broad range of trade mark matters. This is a role with strong client exposure and the opportunity to develop your client relationship and business development skills, supported by senior colleagues and our in-house MBD team.

About you

We are looking for someone who brings:

• 1 to 4 years’ PQE as a Trade Mark Attorney;
• CITMA qualification;
• a 2.1 degree or above from a good university in any academic discipline;
• strong written, analytical and lateral thinking skills;
• excellent organisation and the ability to assimilate new information quickly;
• a commercial approach and confidence working with clients across varied industry sectors; and
• excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in developing client relationships and business development capability.
