Kirsty Bulman

Kirsty is an IP Litigation Paralegal and has been working in the IP industry since June 2017. She became an IP Litigation Paralegal in August 2019 after originally joining the firm as a Patent Paralegal in the Chemical Department in March 2018. Kirsty was awarded a distinction in the CIPA ICPA (Introductory Certificate in Patent Administration) in 2020, and more recently achieved a distinction in the LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management in 2026.

Kirsty studied Intellectual Property Law at both undergraduate level and as part of the Legal Practice Course and has experience across a breadth of intellectual property litigation including trade mark, patent and copyright matters. Kirsty’s role involves providing high-quality support to the team including preparing materials for aspects of the court process, drafting correspondence and domain disputes, submitting online reports and managing components of certain client portfolios.
