Venner Shipley win at the Managing IP EMEA 2025 Awards

We are delighted to announce that, after being shortlisted in five categories at the Managing IP EMEA 2025 Awards, Venner Shipley has won a Europe Impact Case of the Year award! This award was in recognition of our contribution to the UPC Court of Appeal decision in the Stothers v Ocado case, setting the guiding precedent for transparency in the new court.
