Venner Shipley recognised by IP directory IAM 1000.
We are pleased to announce the recognition of Jan Walaski (Patents), James Tumbridge (Litigation) and Paul Harris (Litigation) by IAM 1000: The World’s Leading Patent Professionals 2017.
The directory had this to say: “James Tumbridge is the driving force behind the firm’s unique government relations practice. Tumbridge’s colleague and managing partner, Jan Walaski dispenses astute portfolio management advice to major players in the electronics sector such as Samsung. Paul Harris has over 25 years’ experience in the patent game; the versatile Venner Shipley man has chalked up significant contentious successes in biochemistry, medical devices and mechanics cases.”
IAM Patent 1000 identifies the world’s leading patent service providers through an extensive research process conducted over several months by a team of full-time analysts involving interviews with patent specialists across the globe. To qualify for the directory practitioners must receive sufficient positive feedback from market sources.
This comes hot on the heels of various individuals being recognised by the Managing Intellectual Property survey in their section on IP Stars. Members of our team recognised as IP Stars are:
