Venner Shipley at ECTA 2022

Trade Mark Director, Gloria Parmesan enjoyed catching up with colleagues and developments in trade mark and design law at the ECTA conference in Copenhagen last week. There were informative and interesting sessions on a variety of topics including data, EUIPO case law and practice and the importance of considering mediation in the settlement of disputes. ECTA has for over 40 years promoted the interests of IP rights within the EU. Thank you ECTA for organising a great conference.
