Venner Shipley and OBN

We round-up the success of our recent activities with OBN and highlight the line-up for our upcoming events.

As we reach the first quarter of our corporate sponsorship with OBN, an organisation dedicated to bringing together the UK’s innovative life sciences companies, corporate partners and investors, we are delighted to share a short video of some of the BioTrinity 2017 highlights, where our James Tumbridge sat as a panel speaker discussing the effect of Brexit on the life sciences industry.

Through provision of recent IP Clinics held by our Anton Hutter at both OBN’s office in Milton Park and our Guildford Office, we are thrilled to have been able to effectively support OBN’s initiatives in providing networking, partnering, group purchasing services, investor introductions, cluster consulting and better communication across the life sciences industry.

Following the success of previous IP clinics we will be hosting another event in our Cambridge office on 25 July, where we hope to continue helping members leverage their intellectual property to maximise its value.  We will also be co-hosting the OBN BioTuesday: Veterinary Science and Translational Medicine on 6 June.  This event will particularly focus on how advances in veterinary science can often by highly valuable through translational applications.
