JUVE Patent quoting Pawel Piotrowicz
Our Partner Pawel Piotrowicz has provided comment on JUVE Patent’s article regarding the EPO’s decision on AI and how it could impact future patent law.
Pawel Piotrowicz says “This decision by the EPO confirms that an inventor must be human, a view shared by the UK and US patent offices. However, AI technology is continually developing and so the issue of AI inventorship may need to be reviewed again in the future.”
