“Artificial Intelligence”, “Internet of Things”, “Open Source” – in the future there will be no technology area without the use of computers. This has far-reaching consequences for the patenting of computer-implemented inventions, since there will be more and more innovations in this area that meet the technical criteria. The workshop is intended as an introductory event for patent professionals in the broadest sense, who have no or no in-depth experience in the field of CII. They are to be given a comprehensive understanding of the topic in order to be able to competently assess (patent) legal matters connected with CII.
