CIPA Congress London 2018
Gary Whiting will be attending this year’s CIPA Congress held in London.
Judge at the Patents Court, Sir Colin Birss, will provide the keynote address, ahead of talks examining the key and current issues surrounding patents and intellectual property (IP).
With speakers from industry as well as private practice, the topics are ranging from ‘Will AI run the patent system?’ and ‘3D Printing’ to ‘Licensing and litigation standards – essential patents’ and ‘Restricting protection of inventions and ideas – are ethics really relevant in IP?’
