AIPLA Annual Meeting 2019

The American Intellectual Property Law Association heads to Washington for its 2019 annual conference bringing together thousands of IP professionals from around the world. This is a three-day conference for lawyers in private and corporate practice, in government service, and in the academic community, as well as patent agents and other IP law professionals.

We’re also delighted to have been invited to speak on patentability of AI and software at the USPTO for the “Partnering in Patents” event on 23rd October in Alexandria, VA before the AIPLA conference kicks off proceedings. Partner Richard Kennedy will discuss the European Patent Office approach in this area and how it compares (and contrasts) with the US law.
