Richard Kennedy is joining a panel at the AIPLA’s 2019 Electronic and Computer Patent Law Summit on ‘Practical Guide to Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence claiming and strategies for US and EP Prosecution’.
The panel will be discussing patent drafting strategies for artificial intelligence and machine learning inventions with an eye towards the differing requirements of EPO and US practice in this area.
